Smart Kitchen 4.0 Demo Zone
A transparent line links prep, hot kitchen, portioning, wash & disinfection, and fume purification. Scan any QR to trace energy use, faults, and maintenance data for every machine—a “standardized show suite.”
Smart cooking has moved beyond “auto-stir” to full data loops:
